About this blog
From April 2003 to June 2005, I was lead facilitator for a leadership development program known as the Scaffolded Apprenticeship Model. From September 2001 until June 2006, I was principal and founder of The Bronx Guild, a New Century High School and now a member of the national network of Big Picture Schools. Since 2006 I have been Director of Professional Development at Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center.
My focus and musings have morphed along with my various jobs. I'm primarily interested in organizational change, leadership and education. However an occasional insight after watching an episode of Battlestar Galactica might also sneak its way in here.
